Download the application form from the Membership page and email it with your curriculum vitae (CV) to member@applied-computing.net. Membership is free of charge. The three membership types are Regular Member, Senior Member, and Fellow Member. Students are not a separate membership type; those who qualify may apply as Regular Members and use the student benefits on the Membership page.
A membership certificate is issued by email once the application has been approved.
Institutions or conference organizers requiring official verification of active membership standing, committee appointments, or presentation credentials may request an authenticated Verification Letter directly from the Secretariat by emailing member@applied-computing.net with the scholar’s full name and membership details.
Senior Member is for PhD candidates or doctorate holders, or for a professional title of Lecturer, Senior Lecturer, Assistant Professor, or above. Fellow Member is for a significant contribution to ISAC, attendance at ISAC conferences with a good record, and either a Senior Member certificate or the title of Full Professor. The three membership types are compared on the membership page.
Your formal Member ID number and certificate of admission are issued directly in the official confirmation letter upon review and admission by the Secretariat. For inquiries regarding membership records or certificate reissuance, contact member@applied-computing.net.
Please refer to the Conferences & Events page for the call for papers (CFP), key deadlines, and scope of each meeting. Open a listing to visit that conference’s official website, download paper templates, and submit your manuscript through its review system.
Please visit our Conferences Calendar page. Each conference entry displays the dates, host city, sponsoring bodies, and a direct link to the official symposium portal where detailed call for papers (CFP), key milestones, and technical program schedules are published.
An invitation letter can only be issued after conference registration and payment are complete. If you need one for a visa application, email the secretariat of that conference, using the contact address published on its official website, and the official letter will be sent by email.

Yes. Travel support and accommodation are provided to members who have made a significant contribution to the development of ISAC.
ISAC publishes the peer-reviewed International Journal of Applied Computing (IJAC). Papers from ISAC-sponsored meetings may appear in conference proceedings. Meetings are listed on the conferences page; indexing and the official record for each volume are given on that meeting’s site.
The Cite journal button on the Publications page copies the IJAC BibTeX entry shown there. For a conference volume, use the citation on that meeting’s official website or in the publisher’s record.
If you are interested in joining as a Committee member, send your CV to member@applied-computing.net.
