Participation & Presentation Pathways
Scholars, industry practitioners, and graduate students can participate in ISAC conferences across three distinct categories.
- Full paper publication
- Authors submit full research manuscripts to the conference submission portal. Submissions are peer reviewed. Accepted and registered papers are presented orally. A proceedings volume is included only when that meeting publishes one. Indexing and the official record for each meeting are listed on that conference’s site.
- Oral / poster presentation
- Ideal for researchers wishing to share preliminary findings, doctoral progress, or work-in-progress without publication in the conference proceedings volume. Presenters submit an extended abstract (200–400 words) for evaluation by the conference session chairs. Upon acceptance, presenters deliver an oral speech or display a poster in the interactive session.
- Observer & delegate networking
- Listeners attend all plenary keynote presentations, parallel technical tracks, roundtables, and networking banquets without paper submission or presentation. An official Delegate Attendance Certificate is provided to support university travel reimbursement, continuing professional education credits, and visa documentation.
